Julien
Master’s Degree in Sports Management - DESS Web Project Manager
I began my career in the early 2000s, first in event organization at Philippides Évènement - Sport et séminaires, then in IT services.
I was soon drawn to the world of entrepreneurship and turned my passions into my profession: Founder of Deco Room, a boutique specializing in the sale of Scandinavian furniture. From 2005 to 2017.
Founder of Deco Room Café, Normandy’s first coffee-shop, speciality coffees and snacks. From 2013 to 2017.
Co-founder of Gloriette concept store - Bar Restaurant Coffee Shop - Design and clothing. From 2017 to 2019.
Since 2005 Technical advisor and overall design on rehabilitation projects.
Passionate about travel and discovery (25 countries visited), board sports, woodworking and construction, coffee and natural wine, partying with friends!!! I don’t know if all this makes sense, but that’s me ;-)
Aurélien
After several years in logistics as a manager (ROCHE BOBOIS, RG LIVRAISON, BO CONCEPT, UPS ), I joined a CARREFOUR convenience store in 2012 as an assistant manager to train myself.
Two years later, I had the opportunity to take over a DIA store to transform it into a Carrefour Contact, supervising all the work and training the existing staff I had to take over during this transfer. I managed the store for two and a half years as a tenant manager, building customer loyalty and making it prosper, enabling me to capitalize sufficiently to become an investor and create with my partner a new establishment of the same name and a service station that we created from scratch. The new store was up and running in less than a year.
I then managed this new supermarket as the operating manager, while my partner managed his first store. After 2 years of revitalizing the store and offering new services to raise its profile and reach cruising sales, I sold my shares to my partner to invest in our new project in Portugal.
